1. Too Much Caffeine

Drinking coffee increases blood pressure and heart rate because it is a stimulant and a diuretic. This also applies to the habit of drinking a single cup every day. While the habit will not cause any direct changes to you, it impacts your baby to a large extent. In this scenario, you must also remember that caffeine but be available in sodas, chocolates and a lot more.

2. Smoking and Passive Smoking

We are all aware of the health implications of smoking and how it creates uncomfortable situations in our life. Due to the chemicals in a cigarette, you need to ensure that you do not smoke and also do not breath in second-hand smoke. Swollen ankles and vein problems are some of the causes that will come searching for you if you do such activities. The best way or method to beat this is by taking frequent breaks. Walks are essential in this situation, as they are also considered to be healthy. Hence, such measures need to be taken to witness a healthy baby.
